This sacred session offers both a healing plática (heart-led talk) and a traditional limpia (energetic cleansing)—a powerful combination to release what weighs you down and reconnect you to your spirit.

We begin with a plática, a spiritual heart-to-heart where you’re invited to share what’s been heavy on your mind, heart, or soul. This isn’t therapy—it’s a space held with love, intuition, and spiritual guidance to help you feel seen, heard, and energetically supported.

Then, we move into the limpia, using sacred plants and tools to cleanse your aura and reset your energy. You’ll be cleansed with bundles of fresh or dried herbs, traditional curanderismo plants, smoke, sound, and prayer.
