The Ancestral Table

🌼🕯️ THE ANCESTRAL TABLE 🕯️🌼
On November 1st, we gather to remember. 🤎
Join me for a sacred afternoon dedicated to honoring our ancestors and the loved ones who have passed on — the ones whose stories, love, wisdom, and presence continue to live through us.
Together, we’ll create a beautiful communal ancestral altar and move through an intentional experience of remembrance, ancestral connection, creativity, reflection, and healing. There will also be moments of meditation and sound to help us slow down, open our hearts, and simply be present. 🥁✨
Some parts of our afternoon I’m keeping a little bit of a surprise. 🌿 You’ll be creating something special with your own hands to bring home and continue using within your personal ancestral practice.
PLEASE BRING:
📸 A photograph of an ancestor or loved one who has passed on
📓 A journal
🖊️ A pen
Your photograph will become part of our communal altar during our time together. 🕯️
